The P2V Migration tool assists in migrating a physical machine to a virtual machine. By the time you are done, the VM should be running stably inside Hyper-V. Reboot the VM, then install the Hyper-V tools, reboot etc. Before you reboot, go to Programs and Features and remove all the XenServer tools and drivers.
